Register with the RCS

Registration gives the company its RCS number (B + digits) and makes it official; the deed is published in the RESA, the official electronic gazette.

Where

lbr.lu: the notary files notarial deeds; you file yourself for a SARL-S or as a sole trader.

You need

Signed deed or articles, name certificate, managers' IDs, proof of the registered office.
