Set up your online shop correctly
Selling online brings consumer, privacy and VAT rules on top of the business permit.

- Your website, the AED (OSS VAT return), the consumer-protection pages on Guichet.lu.
- You need
- A legal notice page, terms of sale with the 14-day right of withdrawal, a privacy policy, a cookie banner with a real choice, and OSS registration if you sell more than €10,000 a year to consumers in other EU countries.

- Free to do yourself; a legal review is optional
- Time
- 1 to 2 weeks
